How Can I Afford Benefits for my Employees? 

 

It's simple!  First, if you have 5-99 employees*, select a defined contribution amount of $15, $30 or $50 per employee per month.  Next, choose any or all of the following products to make available to your employees:

  • Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment - amounts up to $100,000 are Guaranteed Issue (requires 1 participant)

  • Short Term Disability (requires 1 participant)

  • Long Term Disability (*requires 10 employees, 2 participants)

  • Dental (requires 1 participant)

  • Vision (requires 1 participant)
